Guest guest
Hi all, I just wanted to get on and tell everyone that Ive noticed a big change in mom.A few short days ago I thought she was about to die.You all know about the doctor trips. She and I slept 9 hours uninterrupted last night and theres been no crying today.I know that there comes a time that the meds will stop working but for right now, Im rejoicing. On a side note, a new friend that has totally changed my outlook on life and shes also a cna like me but works at the bank, has gotten me into a totally different way of thinking and I think Im going to go back to church on Sundays.Im going to get coverage and start going back to church and keep trying to make a better me.And I hope that I can stay strong for mom through the end.Love to all Ron Ps. One of my favorite quotes from my favorite musician... " If hope can grow from dirt like me..IT CAN BE DONE " Still 24/7 with mom, still exausted and stressed most of the time but Im still smiling my big goofy smile and loving every second I get with mom because Im amazed at her strength and I still love life...Love to all and heartfelt hugs

Guest guest
Such good news Ron! Why the difference in your mom do you think? I smiled at your description of your " big goofy smile " . That is how I will now think of you and your wonderful smile. A big guy with a big goofy smile. I love it. It sounds like it is bigger than we experienced in Ann Arbor. I'm so glad for you. On a side note, a new friend that has totally changed my outlook on life and shes also a cna like me but works at the bank, has gotten me into a totally different way of thinking and I think Im going to go back to church on Sundays.Im going to get coverage and start going back to church and keep trying to make a better me.And I hope that I can stay strong for mom through the end.Love to all Ron > Ps.
