Hi everybody,

I still don't have a lot of time to read all the digests. I read the most

that I can cuz I learn a lot of thing. I found the survey verry complete and

had a similar idea some years ago. I was'nt as good with the internet as I

am right now, so I did'nt tought of this way to do it, but it's a verry good

way. Please, tell me when it will be completed and on a site. Maybe I can

traduce it in french and put it on the site of the woman center where I

work, here in Montreal.

For the one who asked question about yeast in bear and bread I really think

there is a relation whit yeast infections.

I noticed that my vestibulitis is worst when I drink more alcool. And my

yeast infections seems more present too. Last summer, I followed a

psycological therapy for my vestibulitis. It was an interactive therapy and

my psychologist worked with me to find the possible causes of it. She sais

that it was a sickness we most learn to know to be able to deal with it. In

this therapy we noticed that my vestibulitis debut was near the date I began

to work in a bakery. I took 15 pounds the first year I worked there because

I ate more sugar and bread. A lot of doctors thinks there is a relation

between sugar and yeast problems as between yeast bread and yeast problems.

Two years ago I did a diet for the candida, No sugar, no yeast no milk

product no wheat etc. etc. It was verry tough to follow but I was free from

pain for 2 long months... I Know that I should adopt this diet again... but

like I said it's verry hard to follow cuz there so many things you can't

eat. Probably I'll try it again when I will be verry tired of having pain...

I am right nowm but it seems that I'm not enough to have the courage to do

this diet again...

Before I go to bed, a word for chiara. I received your letter, thank's a lot.

I will write you back as soon as I have the time. I'm verry busy at work

right now.

Bye, hold on girls... someday we'll beat this pain...

Genevieve
