This was such a great message, to me too! Welcome to the list, Lizzy - I

look forward to getting to know you too. I just joined myself. This looks

like exactly what I need, the support I've been seeking, and I hope that you

find that this community of people helps you in the way you need to!

Hi Lizzy and welcome to the group. I'm glad you found us. There is so

much information that is here, all you have to do is ask and you will

get so many responces loaded with knowledge!!

In1999, I also had neck surgery for a hurniated disc with nerve

impingement. I also had my left shoulder and arm affected as well as

my left hand. I just had a regular fusion using a bone from my hip. I

still have residual pain.it is tolerable.
