Guest guest
I was going for shakey legs today and didn't get it. I'm kind of sad. I felt it and definately hit failure on hams but nothing is shaking (I couldn't finish my last set even with super pushing myself and even trying to talk myself into it!)! I'm going to up weights earlier in my reps and see if that helps. I wonder if I'm doing my squats right. This is where a trainer could really help. I think it's time to check that out. I'm up to 70 lbs on squats and deadlifts. 100 lbs? Can't imagine but I suppose in a few weeks I'll be there too! Wait, do I have 50 lb dumbells? Guess I should put those on the old birthday wish list. Have a great rest of your day! Hey Machelle, if you're wearing weights you should consider one of those weight vests. Ankle weights are very bad for walking form and your back. Weight vests act like when you're overweight. Even a padded backpack with a gallon of water in it would be better. I remember wearing that 50# tank when I was training to be a firefighter. Now those were shakey legs... > > > Hot damn my LBWO was great this morning!
