You can refer MOEF and DGFASLI websites and make a list of EHS regulations. It may not be complete list but atleast you can start with. Then you check what laws are applicable to EHS aspects of your plant activities and prepare a list of applicable regulation for your plant. Also check which EHS regulations your plant is currently following and verify whether you have included them into the list. You may refer your plant legal register also.
