Guest guest
Hello all, I'd appreciate any ideas as to what N, E and S could stand for in the following context, please. I have a Spanish medical report that concludes with two tables (Primer estado de situación and Estado de situación final), each with identical headings. They start with standard entries such as date, patient details (sex/age/BMI/allergies), then health problems (onset, etc.), drugs taken (when started, active principle, prescribed regimen, regimen actually followed) and then there is a column headed Evaluación, with four sub-headings, N, E, S and Clasif. The letters S and N appear in the boxes below, alongside details of the various conditions and drugs being taken for them, which I assume stand for Sí and No in this case. So, any thoughts on the headings N, E and S from the team, please? A typical line in the table might read: Años - Gastritis crónica - Sí - No - (date) - Esomeprazol 40 mg - 1-0-0 - 1-0-0 and then S - S - S, these last three under the three mystery headings N, E and S, and the " Clasif. " box is blank. All very wordy, trying to explain how text looks in a chart, but I hope this makes sense! NZ
