We do not appear to say vascular sacrifice in English, at least very rarely, and mainly but not exclusively in articles by romance-language speakers. 43 google hits and 6 in medline. neither termium nor lgdt offers anything for sacrifice vasculaire. I do have one US author contrasting it (citing a hispanophone) with vascular reconstruction.
