Guest guest Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 I haven't posted for a while, but am still very much here. I have started riding a bike along with my boyfriend. I started beginning of May going just down the drive to the end of the block. I am now riding at least 5 miles every evening and sometimes 7. I hurt no more or less for doing it. I actually feel awesome being out and about in nature and the fresh air. 2 years ago, I weighed in at 360 pounds. Just by eating healthier ( and I am no means perfect at it) I am not down close to 200 and still working on losing more. I have read such posts before and think: wow! There is no way that person has Fibro as bad as I do. Guess what, I probably have it as bad or worse than most of you. Plus numerous other things also. You just have to start small, pace yourself and be strongheaded. Don't let this disease control you. I hope this has helped someone. Back to my hole. Love ya!
