Guest guest
Happy 4th everyone! After reading my last post i realize i should slow down and proof my emails before zapping them out. I meant to say we likely say things WITHOUT intention of upsetting others. I think i may have also sounded 'trite' in one part of that post, perhaps the part in believing we can have some choice in our illness. What i meant to say was i wonder how many of us, on thinking back on what we were doing prior to becoming ill, recognize factors likely leading to the illness and intensity. For me i see a diet of junk food, living with very little slee, exposure to chemicals, high stress and overwork all preceeding factors in my 'demise'. I couldnt see it then and i certainly wasnt doing it on purpose but i can see it now. These are some areas whese i'm referring to choice of actions impacting on our state of health. Guest guest
Hi Byron, Interesting how we must now do what we didn't do before, rest, avoid things that make us sick, junk food, chemicals etc. sleep enough etc. etc. etc. In other words we are being forced to learn to listen to our bodies and take care of them. Yes it was fun living to the limit and pushing the body to extremes but would have been wiser to realize that the body has limitations just like every other material thing and having a health body comes in very handy on this earth. No regrets but just grist for the mill.... Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > >..................
