Guest guest
Barb, Thanks for sharing that with me. Did you have the option of getting the .01% ? I will be ordering from the UK, the same place that I get my Oestrogel. I can order either the .01 or the .025%. I am not certain which one I will get. Guest guest
Gail, The 0.025% Retin-A gel is STRONG. I have some and even though I have been using Reint-A for years it is hard for me to use this strength every day. I do not know how to dilute it either because it is an alcohol gel. I would suggest the 0.01 % gel instead. It works for me but you maybe can get a sample from your Dr. and see what strength works for you. My dermatologist told me to use the 0.025% because is is not strong and told me to gradually increase the days I use it. My advice is to try and be careful. Everyone is different. I have had mild rosacea in the past and have it so under control with my little regimen. My doctor laughed when I told him what I used and actually thought I got it from a compound- ing pharmacist. I told him yea Barbara's compounding pharmacy. Good luck. I had actually seen about the estrasorb in the book Skin Type Solution by Baumann, MD (dermatologist) so thought I would give it a try. Since I already was using Retin-A mixed with a moisturizer thought it wouldn't hurt. Barbara
