Brown, drain and season burger with salt pepper and garlic, to taste.2. Cube the velveeta and melt on low in a seperate pot3. Add 2 cans of mild rotel to the velveeta and a little milk.4. Add burger to the cheese and stir all together.This is great with chips or on top of burritos, nachos, etc.@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Homemade Macaroni & Cheese2 c macaroni noodles1/4 c butter or margarine1/4 c flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp mustard1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce2 c milk2 c grated cheese Cook macaroni. Melt butter in a pot over low heat. Stir in four salt pepper mustard and worcestershire. Cook over medium low - stir constantly till smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling. Stir constantly. Boil and stir 1 min. Stir in cheese. Cook, stir occasionally, til cheese is melted. Drain macaroni. Stir in cheese sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered 20-25 min or until bubbly.Heat oven to 350. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Cheesey Mexican Chicken6 chicken breasts pounded to 1/4’’1 can cream of chicken soup2 c shredded cheddar1/2 c milk1 packet taco seasoning3 c tortilla chipsMix soup, 1 1/2 c cheese, milk and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Top with chips. Use a 9x13 baking dish. Cover and cook 30 min at 375 degrees. Remove cover. Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 min.
