Guest guest
This is great that you can give back what you have learned. Love the self-portrait idea! Andy > Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know the church group is sounding more and more exciting each day. People are calling me about details and I have 5 people signed up already. I am very excited about this! > > People are asking me if they can still join! It's hilarious! > > I am busy pulling together materials, tracking forms, etc. > > I thought I would have people do a self portrait on Wednesday and then have them do another one at the end of six weeks. I thought it might be fun to see how peoples perceptions of themselves alter in the program. (of course I will have them take photos!!!) > > off to " grocery shop for life " > >

Guest guest
Hey everyone, Had the first meeting last night and had 12 people there! I have 2 more who were not there who are going to do the challenge. It was interesting since no one has read the book. Everything happened so fast getting the group started, I didn't have time to get the books, etc. Anyway, when they came in, I had them do their self-portrait and then I started with the philosphy of bfl and moved into the video of Hank from the Bfl success stories. We chatted about the dream list, crossing the abyss, and goals. They have homework, so we will see how they do by Wednesday. I think somepeople left witht he deer in the headlights look....Bert, my hubby, told them that things would make more sense as they read the book....so the book stores better be well stocked! I got the flu Tues and Weds. so I am starting my challenge on Monday with Bert! He is excited and on board now!!! Yippee. We will finish our challenge right before we leave on our trip out west. Ok my friends, That is all. p.s. Want to know a way to make sure you do the challenge 100%? Form a group and teach them!!!
Guest guest
, I just can't say enough how impressed I am with you. This is such an incredible thing you are doing! Grats on such a good turn out. I so hope they all follow thru and read the book. What a wonderful decision they are all making for themselves. How lucky they are to have you and your hubby there to help! I would love to do somthing like that here but I don't like people! (LOL, j/k, but not really!) I actually think I would come off like some drill seargent or somthing. I am horrible about expecting from others equally what I expect from myself. (That rarely works out since I am such a freak of nature, LOL!) Machelle (Needs to work on her people skills.) > > Hey everyone, > Had the first meeting last night and had 12 people there! Guest guest
Bringing in the trainer sounds like a good idea. Recently, when we went to a fast food place for breakfast on free day, the sandwich came with fresh mold! That certainly makes you not want to go back anytime soon.
