Guest guest
Aubrey, I have done some research on bruising as I bruise easily. I have found that taking Vitamin C on a regular basis helps prevent bruises, and when taken in a combination with Bioflavonoid (with Rutin and Hesperidin) it is even more effective in preventing or helping to heal bruises. Take the C with lots of water to prevent kidney stones. Rosie (Dan's wife) ---------- From: eGroups Digest Sent: Tuesday, December 07, 1999 5:11 AM To: rbertles@... However, as others can probably tell you, even the blood tests can lead to problems. I ran out of veins after my surgery as I became one big pin cushion. Even today, I have a bruise from my last blood test that's been there for almost 3 weeks due to a tough " pick " . That being said, I rather have problems with having blood taken than still be waiting for my new life.
