, Splenda too, huh?

I thought so! I didn't like the taste, but thought I had heard Splenda was made

from sugar(?)

I don't use any artificial sweetners anymore.

The worst, in my experience and opinion, is aspartame.

I'm not a chemist, but if it turns to formaldehyde and/or other poisons at about

86 degrees, what must it do in our bodies which are at approximately 98.6

degrees?

I do know that soldiers in the Gulf War were given soda with aspartame in

it..and as you know, the temperature there too, is often quite high.

Many soldiers had serious reactions to it.

More than 20 yrs ago my chiropractor told me not to drink diet soda, as I

suffered from horrendous migraines.

I *did* stop, and while my migraines didn't stop for a long time, their

frequency reduced to once or twice a month.

Now they're gone.

I get tension headaches on occasion, but no more God-awful migraines.

, tell me more about how Splenda contributed to your Fibro, CFIDS and

coccydynia, if you would?

I'm interested to know more about it!

Thanks.:-)

Can Artificial Sweeteners make me feel worse?

When I was done, he looked shocked. He asked me 'why are all of your foods

processed and artificially sweetened? This may be contributing to your dizziness

and brain fog'.
