Guest guest
I just had my checkup last Tue. and the Dr said there is no sign of me ever having UC. When I was on Azulfadine there was always a little showing. I have been on Dipentum for 9 years and it's gone. I am supposed to continue the Dipentum to make sure it stays away. The idea of having to have a colectomy because you have UC is a bit fatalistic. Think positive. If you are on Azulfadine I would ask to try Dipentum. It worked much better for me. Dwight Re: coletomy > I know that eventually I'll be needing a colectomy for UC. > > Aubrey > Aubrey, Why do you say that? Does everyone with UC have to have that eventually. Phil's had UC for 30 years and hardly has any signs anymore as long as he takes Azulfadine. Is it because you sister had to had one? Did she have cancer?
