Guest guest
I have been reading so much about how others in the groups are not supporting each other as they used to. I may be way off in left field when I say this, but with my personal battle with RSD, it is hard to understand why our feelings flood out like they do. Sometimes, we put the “proverbial” foot in our mouths so to speak, and say and write things we do not really mean. I have found this to be much worse when I have taken too much medicine. If I ever step on anyone’s’ toes with something I write, please let me know in private. Even those with the kindest of hearts have a bad day/s when everything we touch turns to ??? That’s when forgiveness comes in real handy. The way I look at times when someone says something that gets on my nerves, I can either ask them to stop or just try to block them out. I personally, try to understand that the other person is just going through something bad just like we all do with rsd and/or fibro. RSD is a disease that attacks us all mentally as well as physically (That is not to say we are crazy). See, I could have truly stepped on someone’s toes just then, and I’m in a happy-good mood, and mean nothing bad or derogatory at all. Please contact me at raj@... if I have ever gotten on your nerves or have written anything that has offended you in any way. I deal well with criticism and good comments too, often times, that’s how I learn. I am sending this to the four groups I write to including the one I started a couple of weeks ago. We are all friends in one-way or another here because we all have something unique in common – “RSD’s constant pain and effects.” I hope this helps:
