Pain Mangement for everyone

To show you how wacked out I am from all of this packing and my

daughters constent bitching and the pain..... I sent this letter to a

friend instead of you all and not only that I forgot to put the code

on..... I think it is time to get in my closet with my feather topper,

feather pillow and head phones and shut the door and lock it............

Yes I have lots of room in there planned it that way and there is a lock

on the inside of the door...... call me strange or call me smart, but if

you lived her you would choose the smart............

This is totally awesome......do they still use that word..... well

anyway I found this this morning or someone sent it to me and i am just

now getting to it...... It is a pain journal, a pain scale, a diagram to

mark to show where the pain is. and a questionair of question to answer

for doctors visits...... All you have to do is register. Hope everyone

is doing great today.

My body feels like I layed out in the sun totally nude yesterday (what a

funny site that would make) and my skin is the color of this writing,

but I have to continue packing, so I guess I better take my pain pills

and get up and do it...... are you sure no one wants to come do this for

me please....... I do love you all you know that don't you. Deb I will

get back to you later on today, there may be a slight change in plans

about the date and time of my stop in Boston. I WANT TO GO SEE MY NEW

GRANDSON so I might go down to Waymart PA for a few days. I am going to

try and get to meet also. She only lives half an hour away.

Felice when are you coming to PA? Or was it JO............. between

Fibro fog and RSD cant remember stuff (lol) I get so lost.

Anyone has some soothing cream for this pretend sunburn. Even my bottom

burns.
