a ~ Big update and surgery information

Dearest a...thank you for your sweetness and support. I am very

glad that, so far, the Humira hasn't " helped me " so to speak get an

infection. I had the start of a cold or upper respiratory " something "

last week, but it was only a 2 day thing! From the palm side, my

fingers are look so slim! There is still some swelling on the other

side, but it is definately down.

Em and I will work through this...we sure have been through harder

things. We have been talking a lot about our feelings, ideas, plans,

etc. which helps so much.

Researching the whole arena of bariatric surgery has been very

eye-opening. And getting to know more folks who have done it and are

willing to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding it, that

has been invaluable.

I love you to pieces, dear a, and your friendship, example, and

committment to bettering your health has encouraged me a great deal.
