Hi Noreen...when I started my mild exercise routine I did them all

sitting. It is surprising what you really can accomplish while on your

bum! : ) There are videos called " Sit and Be Fit " (www.sitandbefit.com

- I think) and may be other similar ones out there. I still cannot do

anything strenuous standing, but a bit more than before. We're all

behind you, kiddo.

As to people thinking every possible illness or malady is because we are

overweight...BALDERDASH!!! (not my first choice of words, but you get

the idea!) All of us are ignorant in some ways, but the real sad part

is not having the wilingness to take a look at the realities of the

situation and learn something.
