It is sort of looking through binoculars all the time. Anyone have ACM and Peripheral Vision-Loss? I am going to try to get into see my opthamalogist for to look at my eyes. I also get double vision and nystagumus. Anyone have any suggestions if this relates to ACM? OK. Here's where my response starts.................... Yes, before decompression surgery, I would actually LOSE my peripheral vision for periods of time. Usually I didn't notice it, but I had several occasions where it happened when I was driving, on a curvy road on hill no less. I noticed it then, believe me. After surgery, I haven't had this problem. As for double vision, I have been able to make my vision go double volutarily for as long as I remember, and get double vision whenever my eyes feel like it. I am currently doing eye exercises to help with the double vision. I had some nystagumus before decompression, but noone has seen it since. Yes, these can be, and often are, symptoms of/related to ACM. Carla
