Montmorency cherries have been grown for generations, the locals

A study at Michigan State University was conducted to examine

these 'folk medicine' claims.

They found that anthocyanins and their anlyon cyanidin, natural anti-

I use the cherry concentrate at night to help me sleep. The cherry juice

can increase melatonin levels in the blood, therefore improving the way you

sleep. Besides, it tastes GREAT! It's a wonderful topper for ice cream.

I'm addicted to cherry juice concentrate.
