Guest guest
I know what you mean about doing what you did a year ago. My mother is 78, and has Parkinson's and has had me doing things like flipping her mattress for her. In the past year, I can't even flip my own anymore. I've also had to learn to do lots of thngs differently, like pulling the laundry basket down the stairs to the basement instead of carrying it down like a normal person. For me, the main thing, is to learn to do things differently for as much as I can, instead of giving up. Noreen
