Guest guest
Janet, went through a biting stage at the babysitters when was in the pediatric nursing home. My babysitter would never do anything about it so it didnot stop. a couple weeks after passed, my babysitter quit watching because she had never dealt with it before.(she was afraid to quit and put more stress on us while we were so involved with ). I got a new babysitter and I told her to deal with it however she felt fit, because I could not punish a 1 1/2 year old 6 hours after the fact so I could not be the one to punish him. He had to be disciplined at the point it was happening. The new babysitter bit on the tip of his finger when he bit and he never bit again. The tip of the finger hurts but leaves no mark and gets the point across.
