Query- Precuation for tank roof cutting

Dear Safety Team,

I appreciate you if anybody can give the details -Safety precautions

to be taken prior to roof welding/cutting work for a floating roof crude

storage tank. I mean the different steps (like emptying the tank, positive isolation,

draining, washing, cleaning, purging, gas testing …etc.) in sequence

vise.
