Guest guest
(((((((((Dear, Sweet Carol)))))))) ... oh how I've missed you, kiddo. I'm so sorry you've been depressed. It is very hard, and tries to suck all your vitality away. If you need meds, sweetie, you need meds. Depression, aside from situational depression from a traumatic event, is an illness, just as RA is an illness. I'm sure your kind Dr. will research and find anti-depressants that are less likely to cause weight gain. I've battled depression off & on all my life. I know about hiding away and not wanting to talk to anyone. (((((((((Carol)))))))))) I've just come out of a little seige of the darn stuff. I pray you get whatever help you need. I've been doing so much in conjunction with the bariatric surgery...I've been going to the support groups AND social events it other folks on this journey. I've found I'm not nearly as anxious socially as I was even a couple of years ago, and I am very grateful. My granddaughter is coming to spend a couple days with us, and I'm so anxious to see her. She'll be here pretty soon. I love you, dear Carol. It is SO good to have you " here " with us. All my love & God's blessings.....
