Here's what we did: you can get a patch from your doctor that goes behind

your ear for seasickness. You can also get something over the counter called

Bonine. It is meclizine, which is an antivertigo drug. I wasn't sure about the

patch-didn't know if I'd need it. Well, I was never nauseated but I kept

falling over the first 4 days! It was so weird! But the Bonine helped a lot.

I

took it twice a day. So did a couple of the people we were with. It is a

mild-mannered med. But talk to your doc first and see what he/she says.
