Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Meatballs

In a crock pot or Dutch oven, place 50 browned meatballs in bottom.

Add:

2 large green peppers, chunked (Can use baby carrots & onion chunks if no green

peppers)

1 can (20 oz) pineapple—don’t drain (add pineapple tidbits also if you want

more pineapple)

In small saucepan combine:

½ cup brown sugar

3 tbls cornstarch

½ cup vinegar

3 tbls soy sauce

1 cup chicken broth **(use of whole can is optional ).

Bring to a boil.

Cook for 2 minutes until thickened.

Add to crock pot.

Stir up everything well.

Simmer on low for 2-3 hours.

Serve over rice.
