Guest guest
Hi, Colleen! Thanks for the info. It can't be said too often that people should check out assistance that is there for the taking. I'm glad you qualified and that it was so easy to get your Humira. Carol seems to have had a similar experience. How are you doing? I'll tell you where to go! Mayo Clinic in Rochester http://www.mayoclinic.org/rochester s Hopkins Medicine http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org [ ] Happy Marti Gras to ALL > My heart goes out to Deb! I wish there was something I could do for you! My prayers are with you as I'm sure many, many others are! I just want to reinforce that if your on limited insurance as far as prescription drugs, or you have no insurance, PLEASE apply for patient assistant program with the lab that makes your meds. > I have been on Humira since last November. I paid over $1200 in December and in Feb. I paid $970.00 for the months injections because my insurance pays $1500.00 per calendar year for prescription drugs. My Rheumy had to fax the forms, I had a message by Abbott asking for my income before I had even driven home from the Rheumy. > They approved me for Humira for this year, twice a month, at no cost to me. I'm single, make $42,100 a year and that is all they asked.
