This tournament was founded in honor of my seven years old daughter,

Jaiden who was diagnosed with Celiac on December 30, 2010. Jaiden

struggled with many symptoms since she was 2 years old and eventually

these symptoms started to control her daily life because doctors were

not able to determine the cause. It wasn't until December of 2010

that a knowledgeable doctor was found and Jaiden's disease and the

damage it had caused were revealed. Our wish is to educate the community

and medical providers so other children and adults don't have to

experience what Jaiden did. Please show your support by becoming a

sponsor or golfer of our tournament which will benefit the Celiac

Disease outreach and research programs funded by the Affiliated American

CSA Foundation, Inc. The AACSA is a 501© (3) charity dedicated to

helping people in the US and internationally who have Celiac Disease and

Cost: $150 per player or $500 for a foursome/hole sponsor (great way to

promote your business)

Shot Gun Start 8:00 AM You will enjoy a complete program of special
