Guest guest Posted July 17, 2012 Report Share Posted July 17, 2012 Hi Bev & everyone For me, the removal of diet soda, artificial sweeteners, chocolate, nuts, aged cheeses, wine and canned foods made a HUGE difference with my severe headaches. If I was trying to give myself a headache, my daily foods were the primary contributing factor.
