Wait just a minute! Just when I thought I had given up! I am a reasonably

intelligent woman with 15 years of experience in law enforcement and fire

dispatching. I have a college education and an IQ in the high end of the

" gifted " range. I resent the implication that I am unable to understand the

basic concepts of the law and finances.

I am not sure if you have just consistently chosen poor language to convey

your thoughts, or if I have actually gotten your message. Again, I don't

think calling people foolish and, in this case, implying that they are stupid

is ever a good idea. Play nice.
