Guest guest
I hear you! Six Ritz just dont cut it, with or w/out cream cheese. Some times if you pair a yogurt, one of the snack/lunch size with the crackers and or a piece of fruit like a peach where it will take chewing, etc. this seems to work for me. Also shredded wheat with a few berries can be a filling snack at night. Good luck!

Guest guest
---Yep, I get hungry at times too!! I increased my meat, poultry portion a little bit and that helps. Drinking lots of water helps too believe it or not!!! The tummy thinks its full!!! Ha ha ha!!! Veggies with a cheese dip, melted cheese with spices you add to your taste buds. Instead of pasta try cabbage and spaghetti sauce, I mix my sauce with tofu and that is a filling meal. Just learned that one!! Pepperidge very thin wheat bread toasted crispy not burnt! and I put some cream cheese and sugar free jelly on it for a snack.
