Guest guest
Hi...my labs just came back with a note from my rheumy that they are the way they are because of " active RA " . Now, the labs were drawn the day before I started weekly Humira, so hopefully they'll get better. RBC 3.73 (3.8-5.20) HGB 10.2 (11.7-15.7) HCT 31.1 (34.9-46.9) RDW 18.4 (11.5-14.5) SED 107 (0-20) CRP 4.0 (.0-1.8) (HA1C 5.7 (4.0-6.0) - EXCELLENT for a diabetic!) Should I not worry cause it's just from " active RA " ? What foods could I eat to boost myself, and what foods leech iron and other good things from you? Rheumy said NOT to take ferrous gluconate as he feels ferrous sulfate absorbs better. I need to realize I am just coming through a very serious flare...I guess I'm just frustrated. I have lab work coming up re: bariatric surgery, but of course they do know about the RA as well. Love & hugs... Tess
