Guest guest
(((((((((((((((((Tess!!)))))))))))))))))))) Wow, you've been very busy! I am so excited for you about this surgery, I know you have been researching this for so long and have put a lot of energy into your decision - well done!! Of course you are in my prayers. I'm going to have to start keeping up to see how the surgery countdown is going - you sound really positive about this which is great. I can't wait for you to stow away and come and see us! I'll also be praying that the nasty Arthur leaves you alone to enjoy your new self! I'm so glad Emmy has left her job and hope that her new job works out better, she is also in my prayers. I can't believe your daughter has already been married 6 months - time flies! I miss you so much and am really hoping that I will have more time if I stop my job. (((((((((((((zillions of hugs))))))))))))) and lots of love, Heidi [ ] ((((((Heidi!)))))) ((((((((((((Dear, Sweet Heidi))))))))))) ...it is SO wonderful to hear from you!!! Fabien is at such a remarkable age! Oh, I'm so happy for you & Jules. I do pray you can find some type of work to do from your home. I was blessed that most of my children's growing up years I was able to be home. The time goes SO quickly! My " baby " Christena is now 30! How can that be??? Heidi, I'm not sure how much you know about this, but I have been researching bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery) for 2 years now, and yesterday I got extraordinary news....I will be having my surgery in mid April to early May!!! Please do keep me in your prayers. This is a very major surgery. However the obesity is such an impediment to my health and quality of life, so I have decided to go for it. Much prayer from many wonderful folks (including our beloved RA family) has gone into this. So, when I am slimmer I should be able to stow-away on a ship and come over to Mauritious and see you!!!! : ) My youngest daughter has been married SIX months already! My grandson will be 4 on March 13, and my granddaughter will be 9 on April 30. My daughter that lives with me, Emmy, has had a rough year, but has now ended the job that was treating her so unfairly. She is working part-time at our local pharmacy, and is anticipating a nanny-type job soon. I am now on Humira. Two shots a month were not helping so my rheumy put me on weekly shots (plus still on MTX inj.) and it is working wonderfully. I will need to go off meds for a few weeks prior to surgery, but hope to get back on them very soon thereafter. Oh, Heidi, it made my day to see your sweet little name popping up here today! Please know I love you dearly. And give our little Fabien a " snoodle " from his RA " Grammi " across the seas. God bless you & yours!
