Guest guest
To the person who wrote me privately asking about proof that chiari can be triggered by trauma, I'm posting this here so others can also benefit: You aren't the only one in this situation. Many Chiarians get ripped off for compensation claims and other funds because an unqualified (or paid-off) doctor erroneously testifies that chiari is congenital and can't be triggered by trauma. So many people have been put through this injustice that I started a page where Chiarians can add their story to a list of others in the same situation. My hope is that the mass anectodal evidence wil sooner or later convince one judge to rule in favour of the victim, and then we'll have a precedent for others to quote. the goal is to one day have all Chiarians get what they deserve as a matter of routine. If anyone has had a successful ruling in such a case, I would very much like to hear from you. Your information could be of enormous benefit to a great many people presently and in the future. Here's the list, check it out: http://www.pressenter.com/~wacma/trauma.htm Anyone who would like to add their story, please contact me privately with your particulars. I reserve the right to heavily edit any submissions :-) Just the facts, Ma'am... ronny World ACM Association http://www.pressenter.com/~wacma
