Guest guest
Dear Doris and group, I'm certainly not a doctor, but I wanted to let you know that depression (which I've struggled with much of my teen and adult life) can cause the fatigue, memory loss, and possibly even the headaches and dizziness. I just heard a study showed that psychotherapy is just as helpful as the anti-depressants when both are used alone, so you may want to consider going to talk to someone about your depression. I know from experience that it can be debilitating if you don't get it under control. I have been on several different anti-depressants and have had much counseling. The depression comes and goes, and for me is associated with anxiety as well. I think a good counselor is even better than any of the drugs they can give you. The drugs don't teach you coping skills for when the depression returns, and it does--kind of like addiction (which thankfully I know little about). I wish you the best. (Be careful if you do try the anti-depressants with your other medication.) >My symptoms are: Headaches, dizziness, fatigue, memory loss, lower back >pain, neck pain, leg pain, and some depression.
