Guest guest
I don't think any research has been done on this area, but I wonder if there is any link between allergies (an immune reaction) and PSC (another immune reaction). I had severe food allergies when I was young--tree nuts, chocolate, garlic, legumes, etc. along with allergies to anything in the air like pollens, molds, dust, dog, cat, and the like. I've outgrown many of the food allergies, but the inhalent sensitivity remains. Claritin is my best friend. I'd be curious to know if anyone else in the group has had any such sensitivities. I don't know if there is a link between how a body will react to an allergen and the development of PSC, but I think it's an interesting question.
