have a question about neck

Hi everybody

I have a question - I usually have alot of pain in the back of my head from

my split muscle I had stabbing pains last week almost everyday and even

stabbing pains in my left eye. I was over at my friends house and he asked

me if I was okay and I said why am I looking at you weird and laughed he said

ya can you move your head at all I said it is this stupid stabbing pain

again. It is lower than usual down to the middle of my neck and when he

looked at it he said it is swollen like a lump there. I can't hardly move my

head at all the stabbing gets worse. Has anybody else had this guess I will

call the doc in the morning but know there is not probably anything he can

do......just wondering if anyone else has this weird stuff too. Take care
