We use the Orbacom touchscreens for a year now with no problems. We went

from a hardwired console and punchcards to the touchscreen and CAD last

April in a new building and Comm Center. The computerized touchscreen is

great. We have a Motorola Technician that understands how we dispatch and

has configured it to our use. What is so great is it can be configured to

your uses where the hardwired couldn't always be done. We have the option of

using the touchscreen or a rollerball mouse. I have been using a computer at

home for many years and I prefer the mouse but others prefer to use just the

touchscreen itself. So far no problems and it is great once you learn how it

operates, which is really easy.
