Hi everyone,

Thought I would introduce myself. I was just diagnosed last week with

diabetes2. I am really not that new to it since I had gestational

diabetes with my last 2 daughters. I am right now getting ready to

see a nutritionalist(sp). To help with better food choices. I am

going to try to control my diab. with diet and exercise, which is how

I did it during my pregnancies. I am also taking a natural product

called diabinil. Has anyone heard of this? Well, I really want to

learn how to take care of myself because I have 3 dd's ranging from

ages 10 to 4 and if I can help myself. I hope I can help them in

preventing from getting diabetes.

One thing I am not real clear on is where are my blood sugars suppose

to be at. I know in the morning I was told 60-109, but how about the

rest of the day. I was also told that it shouldn't go over 240 in the

evening. Oh! I am only at this point taking my blood 2x a day. Well,

thanks for listening.
