Vertigo is any sensation of movement, either you or your surroundings moving... or sometimes it would honestly feel like my brain was sloshing back and forth like the inside of a washing machine. Ugh! Dr. Milhorat calls folks with these symptoms, Meniere's syndrome Chiari.... often have ringing in ears, fullness in ears and fluctuating hearing loss too. For the good news he says that surgery can usually irradicate all of these problems.
