Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 10 min 1cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut 2drops

food coloring, any color 1pkg. (10 oz.) store-bought prepared round angel food

cake 1cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping 3cups halved strawberriesTOSS coconut

with food coloring until evenly tinted; set aside. PLACE cake on large serving

plate. Frost top and side with whipped topping; sprinkle with coconut. Cut cake

into 8 slices, leaving all slices in place. Carefully pull out cake slices and

separate slightly to resemble the petals of an open flower. SPOON 3 cups halved

strawberries into center of " flower. " Store leftover cake in refrigerator.

3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter or

margarine 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1-1/4 cups flour, divided 1/2 tsp.

baking soda Chocolate Glaze (see Tip below) 1 cup seasonal fresh fruit, such as

blueberries and raspberries (optional)

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl

on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely

melted. STIR in sugar until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating with

electric mixer on low speed after each addition until well blended. Stir in

vanilla. Add 1/4 cup of the flour and baking soda; mix well. Add remaining cup

flour alternately with 3/4 cup water, beating until well blended after each

addition. Pour evenly into a greased and floured 9-in. round cake pan. BAKE 30

min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min.; remove

from pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze and top

with berries just before serving.

Tbsp. whipping cream and 1 Tbsp. butter in microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2

mixture is well blended.
