In thinking about it...i don't know what this person said to . But I've

been on many listservs, and sometimes people just don't understand how they

come across...like they don't know capitals are " yelling " , don't realize

straightforward came come across as abrupt or rude without the human smiling

face to

go with it. I think I will mentally prefer to assume the person inadvertantly

upset and feels bad and won't do it again. I want to give the benefit

of the doubt. And thanks, , for reminding me of how this can happen

sometimes. Cary
