Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 In a table of prescribed medications, one column is headed Total OP, and is populated by numbers that seem to be a product of the daily dose (in mg) x no. of days, but sometimes divided by 10 or 100.
