Does anyone know of some FREE (!) software that keeps track of your food

intake and exercise? I found one that keeps track of blood sugar and shots;

but want something that keeps track of calories eaten and spent.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't know about software, but there is a website -

www.fitday.com

that does exactly that. It keeps track of your food, calories - broken down by protein, carbs, sugar (whatever is important to you) and a section to track your exercise. Best of all - it's free!

Hope this helps,

Deborah

I've tried Dietwatch, but for my needs, thought fitday was

better. Both are great programs. :)
