Guest guest
Does anyone know of some FREE (!) software that keeps track of your food intake and exercise? I found one that keeps track of blood sugar and shots; but want something that keeps track of calories eaten and spent. Any help is appreciated. Brandau huntsville2@... Guest guest
I don't know about software, but there is a website - www.fitday.com that does exactly that. It keeps track of your food, calories - broken down by protein, carbs, sugar (whatever is important to you) and a section to track your exercise. Best of all - it's free! Hope this helps, Deborah At 04:58 PM 3/24/2001 -0600, you wrote: Does anyone know of some FREE (!) software that keeps track of your food intake and exercise? Guest guest
I've tried Dietwatch, but for my needs, thought fitday was better. Both are great programs.
