Guest guest
Yoga breathing techniques are great if you can do them. I have tried and they kind of leave me feeling a little light headed, maybe I am not doing them right. I love the stretching exercises though. They always seem to leave me feeling a little bit better. nyzki Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Hi , Yes, the ‘bottle’ breathing is from Kum nYe (Tibetan yoga), but they all have the same intent – to make breathing conscious and learn to use full breath – funny how we have to learn something which is automatic isn’t it? The yoga – or tai chi – I’d imagine would be excellent for MS and fibromyalgia – I don’t know what ckd is. Has dental treatment provided a dental splint to help w tmj dysfunction. I had to wear one for about 8 months preceding crowns and bridge work, and I couldn’t believe how far out of alignment my jaw was, I have stopped grinding my teeth, and no longer have tension headaches at base of skull like I used.... The sites you found are excellent and really give good explanation and grounding – my descriptions were very basic – I didn’t include preceding the breathing ‘session’ with what are called ‘purification’ breaths in through one nostril and out, then the other, 3 times each.... But doing any breathing with awareness, in the best environment possible, will provide benefit Thx, and J happy breathing joy -- -- " Sentient beings, all our very own mothers, are as limitless as space”
