Thanks for the great tips. :) I used to do yoga to relieve stress pre-surgery,

when my son's GERD was at full force. I should try to find the time to go back.

I feel an excellent diet helps tremendously--a diet full of fresh,

whole foods, omega 3 oils, and no (or little) junk--with the

exception of chocolate, of course. :) I never eat deep fried foods;

they seem to cause lethargy.

Any kind of stress relieving activity is helpful, in my experience.

Meditation and progressive relaxation practices are great.

QiGong can raise energy and is known for its healing potential.

Acupuncture and massage therapy help the body's energy to flow more

freely, and I get energized by both. Gentle yoga helps. I still need

to pace myself and plan rest time into my schedule.
