Had the pleasure of meeting Grotto at FNCE this last fall. He's also

an ADA spokesperson. If his book has hit the presses, I'd bet that's where it

came from.

Interestingly, as a LEAP therapist, I've learned that what's wonderfully

healthy for one person, isn't always for another. Never forget my patient with

YEARS of chronic sinusitis. Turns out salmon was one of his MAJOR triggers. He

thought he was doing good eating it twice a week!

An article ran in the paper in Salisbury, MD called " On a Scale from 1-100,

How Healthy is Your Food? " There is some new rating " Overall Nutritional

Quality Index " ONQI score that will be on foods. I have no idea who is doing

this, what it is based on, etc. If anyone has info on this...please let me

know!
