Guest guest Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 Sausage/Sauerkraut Dinner. 1 package Eckrich sausage(cut at an angle) 1 can mushroom soup 1 jar/ can sauerkraut 1 small can of mushrooms Fry sausage over medium heat until skin is crispy and brown. Add sauerkraut, soup and mushrooms. Cook on top of stove for 30 minutes, covered. Stir often Can be doubled or triple to feed as many as you need.
