Hi Judi, I tried calling as well. The hospital must think she has a lot of

sisters. I even said I was from out of town and asked how long before I could

visit. They told me she was in ICU and to call back in a couple of days. They

would not give me any information as to her condition. I, too, am getting

worried. So if anyone hears anything pleas pass it on. Thanks

[ ] Just called about Tess..

I just called the hospital and they told me Tess is still in ICU, but

they wouldn't let me talk to anyone. I even told them I was

her " sister " but they wouldn't buy it. I tried calling her house but

no answer. I'm worried, so if anyone knows anybody else to call, I

hope you have better luck than I do. I'll just keep praying!

Judi, I am concerned about Tess also, hope she is doing ok. Let me

know if you hear anything at all.

Because of your government, the new HIPPA laws make it so you can be in huge

trouble for giving even the most general medical information on the phone to

anyone. It's frustrating to be the nurse on the floor and have worried friends

and relatives call and know you are not allowed to release any info. I

usually try to very vaguely tell the person if their loved one is doing well or

whatever. Cary
